Job Summary
Seeking a Florida Licensed Financial Services Partner, the full-time position will manage arbitration, litigation, and regulatory matters while providing strategic client guidance and collaborating with attorneys across practice groups in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage arbitration, litigation, and regulatory matters from inception through resolution
- Communicate directly with clients, providing strategic guidance and regular case updates
- Consult with clients on compliance issues to assist in meeting legal and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- Admission to practice in the state of residence is required; Florida Bar admission preferred
- 10+ years of Financial Services Litigation experience
- Experience handling FINRA, AAA, and other arbitration proceedings
- Experience responding to FINRA, SEC, and state regulatory investigations
- Strong analytical, writing, research, and case management skills
