Job Summary
To support the development of a game design curriculum for Florida's CTE programs, a remote independent contractor will create lessons and assessments aligned with state standards while utilizing the Endstar platform and Unity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop in-engine activities in Endstar for Game & Simulation Foundations and Game & Simulation Design
- Write lessons, assessments, and teacher guides that align with Florida's curriculum frameworks
- Create Unity bridge lessons and record tutorials for teachers to use in class
Required qualifications
- At least two years of experience teaching high school game design, programming, or art
- Proficiency in Unity with the ability to teach to the Unity Certified User level
- Experience writing curriculum or lessons used by other educators
- Availability of 15 to 20 hours per week through the end of 2026
- Familiarity with Florida's game design curriculum frameworks is preferred
