Seeking a motivated and passionate Florida Licensed Immigration Attorney, the remote Bilingual Immigration Staff Attorney will manage a full caseload, develop personalized legal strategies, and lead a team in providing compassionate legal services to clients in vulnerable positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for clients based on their unique legal circumstances
- Meticulously review application packets, declarations, and motions for various immigration petitions
- Grade and provide constructive feedback to paralegals and legal assistants to ensure accurate document delivery
Required Qualifications
- Active U.S. Bar license
- 2+ years of experience reviewing complex immigration cases (T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, SIJS)
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with native or fluent proficiency
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Immigration Case Management Systems (Camplegal)
