A company is looking for a Coder Inpatient.
Key Responsibilities
- Code trauma and complex medical cases and surgical procedures across various specialties
- Utilize Epic and 3M 360 for coding tasks
- Maintain a minimum coding accuracy of 95% while working full-time
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of coding experience in acute care teaching and trauma level 1 facilities
- Experience with coding for multiple medical specialties including cardiac, vascular, and oncology
- RHIA, RHIT, or CCS credential required
- Proficiency with EPIC and 3M 360 systems
- Able to work full-time with a flexible schedule after initial training
