Job Summary

Facilitating admissions for at-risk clients, the full-time Florida Licensed Inside Sales Associate will manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, build rapport with prospective clients and families, and ensure compliance with documentation standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate compassionate and professional communication with prospective clients, families, and referral sources through high volumes of calls
• Gather and document client demographics, presenting problems, and treatment histories while maintaining meticulous records in Salesforce
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet key performance indicators related to admission rates and client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare admissions
• Proven track record of exceeding performance targets in sales or client admissions roles
• Experience with Salesforce
• Ability to work on a shift-based schedule
