Job Summary

To support a growing insurance team, the full-time Remote Insurance Representative will take inbound calls from warm leads, conduct consultations to identify customer needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with prospective insureds to identify their needs and match them with appropriate insurance products
• Educate customers on insurance offerings and identify opportunities for upselling additional products
• Resolve inquiries and issues related to insurance services through research and effective communication

Required qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a service or sales environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using multiple computer applications and screens
• Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Availability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and some holidays, after completing training
