- Develop a comprehensive prospecting plan for converting prospects into clients in Employee Health & Benefits
- Network with centers of influence to create new business opportunities

Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current and Active 2-15 Florida insurance license
- Prior B2B sales experience with consultative sales skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel
- Experience with Agency Management Systems
