Job Summary

Working from home in a full-time capacity, the Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries, assist with insurance coverage explanations, and support clients through the licensing process, all while enjoying comprehensive benefits and training support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer calls and provide assistance with insurance-related inquiries
• Guide clients through the insurance licensing process, including training and exam preparation
• Maintain a structured work environment to ensure consistent attendance and performance during training and scheduled shifts

Required qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• One year of customer service or related experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs
• Motivated to complete coursework and obtain a state insurance license
• Access to a hardwired high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions
