Florida Licensed IT Epic Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the system build and implementation of clinical, revenue cycle, and business systems, the full-time Florida Licensed IT Epic Supervisor will analyze business problems, coordinate with stakeholders, and lead a team to enhance patient care delivery and operational efficiency in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the design, build, and configuration of assigned system modules and third-party applications while ensuring compliance with departmental standards
• Lead cross-functional projects, communicating project status, deliverables, and any issues to stakeholders while ensuring successful completion
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements and assess workflow processes for improvements

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in clinical, revenue cycle, business, or technical work, with a focus on EMR application/implementation
• 5+ years of experience leading teams and communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Epic Certification or the ability to complete certification within 3 months of completing classes
• Advanced knowledge of HL7 concepts and integrated healthcare applications
