Job Summary
Leading a team of network professionals, the full-time Florida Licensed IT Network Manager will oversee network infrastructure, manage operational health and budgets, and ensure secure and scalable network services in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team, setting priorities and managing performance
- Own the network infrastructure roadmap, coordinating with security teams for design and management
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and evaluate infrastructure needs to support business growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of enterprise IT networking experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in IP network design and administration, including Cisco technologies
- Hands-on experience with network security technologies and advanced troubleshooting
- CCNP certification or equivalent hands-on expertise; CCIE is an asset
