Job Summary
Serving as a frontline leader in pharmacy operations, the full-time remote Florida Licensed Lead Pharmacy Technician will provide guidance and support to pharmacy technicians, ensuring operational excellence through productivity monitoring, quality assurance, and staff training.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for pharmacy technicians, providing daily operational support and guidance
- Assist in onboarding, training, and ongoing development of pharmacy team members while monitoring productivity and quality metrics
- Manage prescription processing queues and ensure timely completion of orders while promoting compliance with pharmacy procedures and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of related experience preferred
- Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License
- Experience in a retail, specialty, mail-order, long-term care, or similar pharmacy environment
- Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, or training team members
- Experience with pharmacy management systems such as CarePoint, GuardianRx, or similar preferred
