To support a growing pre-litigation practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Legal Case Manager will manage client cases, maintain documentation, and ensure effective communication in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and guidance throughout their case
- Conduct case reviews to confirm eligibility and ensure all necessary documentation is collected
- Organize and maintain case files, coordinating appointments and legal deadlines to advance cases efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Previous case management experience preferred
- Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a law firm is strongly preferred
- Comfortable using digital case management systems and remote communication tools
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize competing deadlines
