Job Summary
To support a growing legal practice, the remote Florida Licensed Legal Counsel will advise on AdTech, commercial contracts, privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance while managing US legal matters and leading key negotiations.
Key responsibilities
- Advise Product, Commercial, Publisher, Marketing, and Operations teams on launching and commercializing advertising products
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with various partners, maintaining practical contract templates and identifying key risks
- Support compliance with privacy and data protection requirements, providing concise guidance on legal developments
Required qualifications
- Law degree and authorization to provide legal advice in the candidate's jurisdiction
- 3+ years of relevant legal experience, particularly in commercial contracts and technology-driven businesses
- Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including MSAs and confidentiality agreements
- Working knowledge of privacy and data protection principles as they relate to online advertising
- Strong legal writing and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate legal issues to non-lawyers
