Job Summary
The full-time Florida Licensed Liability Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve first party and third party automobile and general liability claims in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages
- Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties
- Maintain accurate and detailed claim documentation within the claims management system
Required Qualifications
- Florida Licensed Liability Adjuster
- 2 years of experience in first party physical damage or automobile liability claims
- Strong investigative and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Florida Sovereign Immunity law
- Ability to manage multiple claims effectively
