Job Summary

Leading a team of lien resolution specialists, the full-time Florida Licensed Lien Resolution Lead will manage complex lien files, oversee negotiations to maximize client recoveries, and track performance metrics in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of reductions and lien resolution specialists while managing workload distribution and developing negotiation skills
• Negotiate high-complexity lien resolutions and handle escalated cases to ensure optimal financial outcomes for clients
• Track and report key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement in reduction rates and turnaround times

Required qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in medical lien resolution or settlement negotiation at a personal injury firm or related field
• Experience managing at least five people in previous roles
• Proven track record of negotiating significant reductions on medical balances and liens
• Working knowledge of Medicare Secondary Payer rules and Florida Medicaid recovery processes
• Strong command of settlement mathematics and familiarity with legal case management software
