Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Florida Licensed Life and Health Agent will efficiently handle inbound sales calls for individual vision and dental insurance plans, while identifying opportunities to sell, up-sell, and cross-sell Careington products remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound sales calls while ensuring timely and comprehensive responses to caller inquiries
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all active sales campaigns and collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals
• Utilize sales tactics to identify and capitalize on opportunities for selling Careington products

Required qualifications

• Current Group 1 Life & Health License is mandatory
• Experience in phone sales, particularly with inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to become a Certified Agent for Medicare
• Preferred college degree, though not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and strong organizational skills
