Job Summary
To support a dynamic legal team, the full-time Florida Licensed Litigation Associate will manage cases from initial investigation through trial, focusing on first-party property and third-party liability defense while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Communicating regularly with clients and developing long-term relationships
- Drafting and responding to written discovery, legal memoranda, briefs, and motions
- Appearing in court for hearings and other legal proceedings
Required qualifications
- Active license and good standing with the Florida Bar
- 1-3 years of litigation experience preferred; first-year attorneys with relevant civil litigation exposure will be considered
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage matters independently while contributing to a team
- Careful attention to detail and sound legal judgment
