Job Summary

To support a dynamic legal team, a full-time Florida Licensed Litigation Paralegal will summarize medical records and bills, communicate with clients and counsel, and manage documentation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documents while creating medical chronologies and bill summaries
• Effectively communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel in a collaborative team setting
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe to manage documentation and ensure accuracy in tasks

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on insurance defense and bodily injury preferred
• Experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills
• Basic medical knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with Florida Court procedures preferred
• Must be a current resident of Florida
