Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Florida Licensed Maintenance Mechanic to perform routine and emergency repairs and maintenance on structures and equipment, collaborate with other trades, and ensure compliance with safety standards at a healthcare facility in Clermont, Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repair and maintenance on structures and equipment in assigned areas
• Coordinate and conduct fire and life safety measures, including inspections, in collaboration with Safety and Security departments
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and document all maintenance activities and inspections

Required qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Valid Florida driver's license with insurability under Orlando Health's insurance requirements
• Three years of experience in trade applications or mechanical work, or one year if a trade or vocational school graduate
