Job Summary
Supervising the daily operations of the dosimetry team, the full-time Florida Licensed Medical Dosimetry Supervisor will ensure the accurate development of radiation treatment plans, collaborate with clinical teams, and provide mentorship to medical dosimetrists in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily dosimetry operations for timely radiation treatment plan development
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists and medical physicists to design and implement patient-specific treatment plans
- Mentor and evaluate medical dosimetrists to uphold high standards of care and professional development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience as a certified medical dosimetrist
- Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) certification
- Registered Technologist - Radiation Therapy (R.T.(T)(ARRT)) certification preferred
- Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
