Job Summary

To support patient care initiatives, the full-time Florida Licensed Medical Staff Scheduler will coordinate and oversee scheduling for medical service providers, ensuring compliance with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule visits for medical staff, particularly face-to-face compliance visits, following strict regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with affiliate medical directors to meet productivity targets for medical staff
• Contact patients and families to arrange medical staff visits efficiently

Required qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in healthcare, including medical staff scheduling or clinical patient care
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and scheduling software
• Strong Excel skills for data management and analysis
• Previous hospice experience with a compassionate approach to patient care
