Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships by guiding seniors in selecting appropriate Medicare coverage
- Participate in training through Connie Academy to understand Medicare fundamentals and compliance requirements
- Utilize proprietary technology and marketing resources to maximize sales opportunities and efficiency
Required qualifications
- Active health license required; AHIP certification can be obtained post-hire
- Proven sales experience in any sector, excluding solely customer service or healthcare roles
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset to build a personal business
- Comfortable using digital tools and sales platforms
- Willingness to work on a commission-based pay structure with no base salary
