Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Florida Licensed Medicare Agent will engage in selling Medicare and Life insurance, utilizing provided leads while receiving comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Medicare and Life insurance using leads provided by the company
• Complete training through Connie Academy, covering Medicare fundamentals and compliance requirements
• Build and manage a personal business portfolio with ongoing support from coaching and technology tools

Required qualifications

• Active health license required; AHIP certification can be completed post-hire
• Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, auto, or insurance
• New to Medicare, with less than one year of prior Medicare sales experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude
• Comfortable using digital tools and sales platforms
