Florida Licensed Medication Analyst
Job Summary
To support medication optimization and regulatory compliance, the full-time Florida Licensed Medication Use & Management Analyst will analyze clinical medication data, synthesize multiple data sources for reporting, and collaborate with clinical leadership on quality improvement initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyzes pharmacy medication claims data for potential fraud, waste, and abuse
- Synthesizes data from various sources to report clinical quality and performance metrics
- Develops and executes data analyses to support clinical quality improvement and care management initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in research, statistics, health administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with data analysis, preferably in a health plan or PBM
- Experience generating accurate data analyses and presenting results effectively
- Working knowledge of healthcare industry medication quality measures and clinical performance metrics
- Experience in obtaining and manipulating healthcare data, including medication claims
