Florida Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Florida Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, maintain a flexible caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, and collaborate with other mental health providers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy using various modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT
• Manage a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up
• Utilize data to inform treatment decisions and collaborate with other providers as needed

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed in Florida as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adult clients (18+)
• At least 6 months of teletherapy experience
• Proficiency with clinical assessments and EHR systems
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states, with costs covered by the employer
