Florida Licensed MEP Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of MEP project oversight, the full-time Florida Licensed MEP Project Manager will lead cost planning, consultant procurement, and construction management while ensuring on-programme, on-cost, and on-quality delivery of services in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management activities, including cost planning, design management, and construction oversight until project completion
• Proactively manage utility applications and undertake project control functions such as reporting and risk management
• Coordinate communications among project stakeholders and prepare presentations for key milestones and stage sign-offs

Required qualifications

• Degree in construction management, electrical/mechanical engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management for major data center projects and MEP coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Primavera P6, and MS-Office, including MS-Project Management
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
