Job Summary
To support a dynamic team, the remote Florida Licensed Microsoft 365 Architect will manage license utilization, assist with application integration, and develop automation scripts while ensuring the administration of SharePoint and Exchange Online.
Key responsibilities
- Manage license reporting and assignment in collaboration with Global Procurement
- Guide application teams on Microsoft Graph usage and assist with testing and change management
- Administer SharePoint and Exchange Online, providing operational support and troubleshooting issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise-level Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks
- Experience with Copilot Studio Agent development and managing tickets via ServiceNow
