Job Summary
Managing the licensing lifecycle for company, branch, and individual Mortgage Loan Originators, the full-time Florida Licensed Mortgage Analyst will oversee applications, renewals, and compliance activities while working in a hybrid environment in Tampa, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage company and branch licensing applications, renewals, and amendments through NMLS
- Track individual Mortgage Loan Originator licensing statuses and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare and submit accurate NMLS filings and regulatory reports within established deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience with NMLS and mortgage licensing processes
- Hands-on experience using the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System for company and individual filings
- Knowledge of MLO pre-licensing education and continuing education requirements
- Experience with surety bond requirements and regulatory compliance
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
