Florida Licensed NEPA Project Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Florida Licensed NEPA Project Manager will lead and deliver challenging NEPA/PD&E projects for clients in the highway/bridge sector, collaborating remotely while managing project scope, schedule, and budget.
Key responsibilities
- Lead pursuit efforts including pre-sale activities, proposal development, and client presentations
- Manage project delivery by coordinating internal and external teams and leading progress meetings
- Identify opportunities for follow-up work and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical/business field
- 12+ years of related work experience, specifically in delivering Major FDOT NEPA/PD&E projects
- Proven experience in leading pursuit efforts and managing NEPA/PD&E projects from concept to LDCA
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate NEPA/PD&E contracts and manage project scope, schedule, and budget
- Professional registration in the State of Florida is preferred
