Job Summary

Resolving consumer inquiries promptly, the full-time Florida Licensed Network Specialist will manage interactions within assigned functional areas, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to established workflows while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve consumer inquiries striving for first interaction resolution
• Document all interactions and update consumer records in the relevant technology system
• Achieve individual key department performance objectives such as quality assurance and productivity

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service environment required
• Experience in a healthcare setting focused on patient care preferred
• Strong attention to detail and initiative to resolve inquiries
• Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
