Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Florida Licensed Nurse Case Manager will manage medical claims through telephonic case management, focusing on the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective medical treatment for injured employees to facilitate timely return-to-work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic case management in a Workers' Compensation environment, ensuring medical appropriateness of care
• Facilitate communication among all stakeholders, including employees, employers, insurers, and healthcare providers, to achieve recovery goals
• Monitor and evaluate health provider performance and develop case management care plans to track patient progress

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of three years of clinical experience
• At least one year of experience in Florida Workers' Compensation case management
• Current State Licensure in Florida
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Proficient in using claims and business software
