Florida Licensed Nurse Case Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Telephonic Nurse Case Manager will manage medical claims remotely, ensuring timely and cost-effective treatment for injured employees while promoting their return to work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic case management in a Workers' Compensation environment, focusing on medical appropriateness and cost savings
• Facilitate communication among all parties involved in the care of injured employees to ensure quality service and customer relationships
• Evaluate recovery needs and develop case management care plans, tracking progress and modifying as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license is required
• Minimum of three years clinical experience in relevant fields such as medical-surgical or occupational nursing
• At least three years of experience in Workers' Compensation
• Case management experience preferred, particularly in Workers' Compensation
• Proficient in using claims and business software
