Job Summary

Providing telephonic case management, the fully remote Florida Licensed Nurse Consultant will manage medical care for workers' compensation injured employees, coordinating with medical providers and employers to facilitate their recovery and return to work.

Key responsibilities

• Perform case management through telephonic contact with medical providers, employers, and claims professionals
• Evaluate and coordinate home care services and modifications, ensuring effective rehabilitation for injured employees
• Generate reports and documentation to communicate case status, findings, and recommendations to all involved parties

Required qualifications

• Degree from an applicable program of training
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in an acute care setting
• Active Registered Nursing license in the state of practice
• Demonstrated knowledge of managed care practices and guidelines
• Computer literacy and good time management skills
