Job Summary
To support patient care coordination, the full-time Florida Licensed Nurse Navigator will triage new patient appointments, review medical records, and educate patients on treatment plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Triages new patient appointments and ensures timely scheduling for initial visits
