Job Summary
To support the MOMitor maternal health program, the full-time Florida Licensed Nurse Practitioner will provide telehealth clinical care and support for pregnant and postpartum patients, focusing on evaluation, management, and education while collaborating with the clinical team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth visits for evaluation, management, and education of MOMitor participants
- Review clinical information and remote monitoring data to develop care plans within established protocols
- Provide clinical consultation to nursing staff and assist in the development of clinical protocols and patient education materials
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program
- Current and clear license as an APRN or PA in the State of Florida
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in obstetrics, including evaluation and management of pregnant and postpartum patients
- BLS certification required
- Must meet credentialing requirements to practice within the healthcare network
