Job Summary
To support a dynamic online learning environment, the full-time Online Nursing Assistant Faculty will evaluate student performance, develop course content, and participate in institutional initiatives while working remotely in Florida.
Key responsibilities
- Identifies and documents student performance or conduct concerns and implements remediation plans
- Evaluates learning resources and recommends community agency linkages for student experiences
- Participates in planning theory and clinical content of courses and represents the university at various events
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (Doctorate preferred)
- 2+ years of effective college-level work in academic or professional expertise
- Basic Life Support - CPR Certification (BLS)
- Knowledge of computer-based academic delivery systems
- Ability to work with an ethnically diverse student body
