Florida Licensed Nutritional Service Generalist

Job Summary

To support the nutritional needs of patients, the full-time Florida Licensed Nutritional Service Generalist will prepare and serve food items, maintain inventory, and ensure cleanliness in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble hot and cold food items following standardized recipes to ensure quality and consistency
• Stock and sanitize nursing pantries, maintaining accurate inventory records and billing documentation
• Serve meals, record food temperatures, and deliver trays to patients while adhering to identification protocols

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of food service experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (preferred)
• Understanding of HAACP standards (preferred)
• Ability to communicate in English (required)
