Job Summary
To support a growing insurance practice, the full-time Florida Licensed P&C Insurance Advisor will manage inbound calls and appointments, making a minimum of 30 outbound calls daily to assist clients in making informed insurance decisions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of inbound leads and proactively reach out to prospective clients for quotes
- Guide clients through Property & Casualty (P&C) products and assist in making informed decisions
- Track and report on sales performance metrics using a transparent team performance scorecard
Required qualifications
- Valid Florida P&C insurance license (220 or 20-44)
- Comprehensive understanding of P&C products and pre-underwriting processes
- Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong skills in responsiveness and proactive communication with clients
- Experience in handling inbound calls and managing appointment scheduling
