Job Summary
To support clinical auditing efforts, the full-time remote Florida Licensed Performance Monitor Specialist will conduct clinical file assessments, review care management member interactions, and participate in the development of review tools to ensure compliance with performance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct clinical file assessments by reviewing clinical documentation for adherence to required standards
- Participate in the development and review of clinical tools to accurately capture performance adherence
- Utilize clinical knowledge to evaluate documentation of member health assessments and interventions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Clinical Social Work/Counseling, or an Associate's degree with an RN and 3+ years of clinical experience
- 3+ years of experience in a clinical environment (inpatient or outpatient)
- 1+ year of experience in Managed Care (UM, BH, CM) preferred
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid programs preferred
- License as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) required
