Job Summary

To support pharmacy operations in a fully remote environment, the full-time Florida Licensed Pharmacy Technician will accurately process prescriptions, assist with insurance claims, and provide high-quality service to patients while maintaining compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process prescription information, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Process prescription claims through insurance and troubleshoot rejected claims as needed
• Provide professional customer service to patients by answering pharmacy-related questions and resolving concerns

Required qualifications

• Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License in good standing
• 2-3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail pharmacy environment, preferred
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining regular communication with the team
• Prior pharmacy customer service experience, including communicating with patients by phone
