Job Summary
Supporting members through accurate prescription processing and exceptional customer service, the full-time Remote Pharmacy Technician II will manage phone-based member support, order processing, and prescription adjudication without physical dispensing or on-site pharmacy work.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls from members, prescribers, and insurance companies
- Assist members with order placement, prescription questions, and payment inquiries
- Accurately type prescription information into system workflows and adjudicate prescriptions
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of pharmacy technician experience preferred
- Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License in good standing
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
- Retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
