Florida Licensed Physician Payment Reviewer

Job Summary

To support accurate financial processes, the part-time Florida Licensed Physician Payment Reviewer will manage invoice routing, resolve discrepancies, and conduct audits of payment requests in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate invoice routing and workflow approval while liaising between Accounts Payable and other departments
• Review and process invoices, check requests, and payment cycles for physicians and physician-owned companies
• Participate in system testing and engage in special projects while providing support for escalated customer concerns

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience with accounts payable invoice processing
• Familiarity with shared service business concepts and practices
• Basic understanding of physician contracting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
