Job Summary

Managing Florida PIP claims from start to finish, the full-time remote Florida Licensed PIP Adjuster will investigate coverage, evaluate claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle Florida PIP claims, establishing coverage and negotiating fair settlements
• Maintain organized and accurate records to ensure timely handling of claims
• Prepare clear and timely responses to demands and inquiries from customers and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Active Florida All Lines Adjuster License 6-20 required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory
• At least 2 years of PIP Adjuster experience handling Florida automobile claims
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
