Job Summary
Driving product performance for assigned products across multiple lines of business, the full-time Florida Licensed Product Director will oversee product analysis, coordinate improvement initiatives, and prepare executive leadership for interactions with key regulators, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Influence and collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define and execute strategic priorities for product success
- Develop and monitor key business metrics dashboards to identify and address negative trends
- Evaluate product enhancements to ensure alignment with strategic plans and membership targets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Sales, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of product development/management, consulting, analysis, or project management experience in a managed care organization
- Management experience is required
