Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Florida Licensed Project Manager, the full-time Impact Fees and Special Assessments Project Manager will prepare technical analyses, oversee quality control, and present findings to clients and officials, with a hybrid work schedule available across multiple Florida locations or fully remote options considered.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee technical analysis related to impact fees and special assessments
- Lead client meetings and present study methodologies and findings to stakeholders
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and project proposals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, engineering, planning, public administration, geography, or related area (Master's degree preferred)
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Certified Planner (AICP) license preferred
- Demonstrated technical and legal proficiency in impact fees or special assessments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret economic and demographic data
