To support a dynamic claims team, the full-time Florida Licensed Property Damage Adjuster will adjust first and third-party claims of property damage remotely, ensuring timely communication and accurate evaluations while maintaining a 95% claim closure ratio.
Key Responsibilities
- Review new claims assignments and contact insured/claimants within 24 hours
- Gather evidence of damages, assess liability, and determine appropriate reserve amounts
- Maintain professional communication with clients and ensure compliance with client guidelines for claims processing
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida adjuster's license or a state with Florida reciprocity
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Tort Law, liability principles, and medical terminology
- Previous experience with settling bodily injury claims
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
