Job Summary
To ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, the fully remote Florida Licensed Quality Control Auditor will audit mortgage loan files, document findings, and meet a daily quota of 18 file reviews while reporting production numbers to management.
Key responsibilities
- Audit mortgage loan files for compliance with regulations such as UDAPP, RESPA, and TILA
- Accurately document audit findings using quality control software and clear language
- Email daily production numbers to management and collaborate with the VP Quality Control Compliance to meet compliance goals
Required qualifications
- Florida Quality Control Auditor license
- Experience managing a pipeline of mortgage loan files for compliance reviews
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Demonstrated attention to detail in previous auditing roles
- Ability to accept feedback and adapt work accordingly
