Job Summary
To support quality assurance in title operations, the remote Florida Licensed Quality Control Examiner will review title examinations, commitments, and reports, ensuring compliance with Florida title insurance standards while collaborating with examiners and closing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Review title examinations, commitments, and reports for accuracy and compliance
- Analyze chains of title and resolve title defects and underwriting concerns
- Provide coaching and feedback to title examiners to improve quality and processes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of Florida title examination experience
- Strong knowledge of Florida title insurance practices and underwriting requirements
- Ability to analyze complex title issues and recorded documents
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Florida Title Agent License and/or CTIP designation preferred
