Florida Licensed Quality Strategist
Job Summary
Identifying market trends, the full-time Florida Licensed Quality Strategist will oversee quality improvement programs for HEDIS, CAHPS, and HOS strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business issues and recommend solutions in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations to assist with HEDIS gap closure and assess potential pilot programs for sustainable quality performance goals
- Leverage data analysis to derive actionable insights and strategic recommendations for performance improvements
- Develop support resources and tools for HEDIS, CAHPS, and HOS to enhance member and provider experiences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 4+ years of clinical experience in managed care or health insurance; 2+ years of quality experience preferred
- Experience with multiple lines of business and familiarity with Five Why's and/or Fishbone analysis
- Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred; CPHQ preferred
