Job Summary
Delivering expert virtual nursing care, the part-time Florida Licensed Remote RN will manage patient onboarding, education on in-home monitoring devices, and personalized care plans while working remotely within a virtual-first care delivery model.
Key responsibilities
- Welcomes patients into Remote Patient Monitoring programs and reviews program benefits and expectations
- Conducts comprehensive nursing assessments and coordinates appropriate resources to address clinical needs and gaps in care
- Monitors in-home device readings in real time, documents trends, and adjusts care pathways based on ongoing risk evaluation and patient response
Required qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN)
- Three (3) years of clinical experience in the area of specialty or five (5) years covering multiple specialties/service lines
- Current RN license in the State of Florida and Multistate Nursing License within the first 90 days of hire
- Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification (AMB-BC) required within 36 months of hire
- Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification
